Ubereats dishonesty

I ordered 2 burgers and a buddy coke...paid R27 for coke,R15 delivery fee,R8 service fee and did not receive the coke...uber eats refunded me R8? How does this make sense? I paid R27 for a coke and get only R8 back? No live chat ,no response,no one to talk to....ridiculous honestly...i will not use this app again...
