Ubereats Disgusting service!!!

I am waiting over an hour for my food. 5 delivery guys were assigned to pick up my food but not could do so despite waiting at the restaurant for long. I wanted to switch my order to pickup, ai bot on app says I can’t. I have been trying to find ways to contact customer service or chat to an agent. It’s like they’re non existent. This is really unbelievable and it’s not the first time going through such with a late order. I am an uber one member and will be cancelling my profile, my subscription and deleting this app. This is utter *******. I wanted to cancel the order I couldn’t they want to make me pay for it. Almost 2 hours of waiting for my child’s food which was a simple order. I am disgusted by the service. My partner had to drive all the way to the restaurant to get th order himself which by luck he got it in time as the uber driver EVENTUALLY got the food.
