UberEats disappointment

<p>I ordered a meal from UberEats. After an hour and 30 minutes of not receiving the food, i contacted the restaurant that i ordered from who informed me that the order had been ready and waiting for an hour already, but no one had come to collect it. After 2 hours, i got a notification to say that my order has been cancelled. Despite being cancelled, UberEats has kept the money that i paid for the meal!!! Completely unacceptable! No response from the help deak. I am beyond unimpressed and expect a full refund for this meal that i did not receive. I will definitely think twice before EVER using UberEats again</p>
