UberEats did not deliver my order and did not refund my money

This week I ordered on kfc and my food got delivered in a they looked like someone took a bite out of my food and sent them to me I reported that but uberEats did not respond and today I ordered at spar and I’ve been waiting for my order to get delivered, so I go to the app to seek what is going on, the orders history shows me that I placed the order , I go to support and I select order not received. They say the delivery person came to deliver and did not reach me, yet no one called or message “I have arrived “ like most delivery drivers do. They placed the order on the road not even on my pavement outside my yard to show that they were here, then uberEats decided that they not going to give me my money back and did I mention that’s the were items they did not have at the store and even those items am not going to get my money back. I used to ordered every others day on uberEats I am going to deactivate my account it is stupidly unfair to take your drivers words and run with it without checking with your customer what actually happened. Am done with you.
