Ubereats did not deliver my order

I wrote my complaint with Hellopeter regarding my undelivered order that I ordered at Nandos.

Nandos responded saying it's not their fault I need to take it up with Ubereats. They have me a number, I just called them now they say they won't refund me and the system says my order was delivered.

UberEats is taking people for a ride. Why would I lodge a complaint on something I received
