UberEats did not deliver my food yet i paid

I ordered Nandos on the 27/10/2023 and my order never arrived. I waited until i gave up yet i paid. I went to their chats when i tried to explain the person i was speaking to did not care and closed the chat. I was so furious because my question was just simple, I asked them since they driver failed to deliver my food where can i collect my order, I was never answered instead they decided to close the chat. It was my first time using uber eats. They are ****ming people
