UberEats did not deliver and no refund given.

I placed an order on Friday morning from Pedro's and I made an EFT payment to unerEats for the order byt i never got my order, i got a notification that my order was cancelled the driver had a problem and I did not get my funds refunded till today I habe had no response from uberEats after contacting the help centre on Friday.
