Ubereats dharged me double. Battle to get my money back. Not customer care friendly!

I bought food from Ubereats, my bill was R356 I the add a tip of 10% R37.18 for the driver. My bill come to R394.08. A few minutes later they deducted another 2nd tip of R37.18. I contacted them online and the guy keeps on telling me the only deducted one amount. I send pictures of my bank as proof but he still said it was only deducted once. They of no help ai just wonder how many people looses money like this because there is no custome service help! I will never order with Ubereats again and tell people to be carefull!
