UberEats delivery/driver issue
I order food around 18h30, and my estimated delivery time was 19h20. I tracked my order, and it stated that a driver is at the restaurant picking up my order. About 5 minutes later the status went back to preparing order and estimated delivery time changed to 19h30. About 10 minutes later, a it statet the another driver is picking up my order. I sent him a message asking if he is definitely going to deliver my order as he is the 2nd driver picking up my order. My order status immediately changed back to preparing order. It is now 19h45, and my order status is STILL preparing order and delivery time is estimated at 19h55. I use UberEats because the service and delivery time is so much better. Not this time. I am hungry, frustrated and disappointed!

18 Jul 2021, 10:21Just a add on, a 3rd driver was picking up my order. According to the map he was actually at the restaurant. My order went back to preparing order AGAIN. Around 20h05 I was notified that my order was canceled. No reason provided.
