UBEREATS DELIVERY NOT RECEIVED

I am so angry with UberEats! I made an order at Mc Donalds last night after being challenged by loadshedding. The order went through and a guy by Cedric was meant to deliver my order. I kept checking the app and it reflected he had arrived, I went out to pick my order but to my surprise the guy was NOT there! I waited and waited but there was no delivery vehicle there! When I went back to my apartment to check the app it now reflected the order had arrived of which I DID NOT receive it!

I immediately complained on the UberEats support desk but my cry was NOT attended to until this hour. An Amount of R274.20 has been deducted on my side and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
