UberEats delivery mess

I ordered food hungry, only to learn that the order says delivered, when I try to call the delivery guy he said he was on his way. Till now I have not received my order, When I logged the query i was advised of the refund that will take place within 3 to 5 working days. I have guest here used my last money to buy food, and I cannot even get it back now to place another order.
