Ubereats delivery men assaults me& poisons me

I got physically assaulted by UbeEats delivery boy and when I reported it AND SHOWED the footage nothing happened. I was told the only information that can be given to me is an email address. I broke my phone, I had an injury and no support or help. Such is not new , another time I placed an order and the restaurant got it wrong and I got an allergic reaction, ubereats simply told me they’ve refunded me and case closed. I’ve had to take care of myself when issues like this have happened. They don’t take precautions or feel obligated to take responsibility because it’s Africa, in Western countries they’re quickly taken to court and served. I’d like justice to be done! I won’t give up until this platform takes responsibility.
