UberEATS Delivery guy ste my money

Last night we ordered dinner on UberEATS, the delivery guy was Maxwell Garikai, we paid him cash and agave him a tip too. Later we were shocked when a notification came in saying we didn't give the driver full payment. He counted the money right in front of us, and handed over the order. From what he is implying how in the world did he hand over the order if the whole amount was not there. This guy took my hard earned money and a tip, how does your company hire people that ***** from customers
