Nandos Leaping Frog has informed me that there have been numerous incidents of Uber drivers allegedly collecting your order, not notifying the app, and running away with your order whilst YOU as the client are assuming the driver is still in line to fetch your order. Imagine how many unknown cases there are and have not been reported..This matter has become a serious issue and server inconvenience. All UberEats does is refund you but what is the implementation plan behind this? Uber Eats has no immediate call center leaving one to drown on their own. Uber is lacking within customer satisfaction and operations of their own drivers allocated to deliver food.
