UberEats Delivery ****

I ordered food yesterday. I write instructions to leave my food with our receptionist. The delivery person never pitched, I try calling them and they said they were 2 minutes away. I then go to the reception to wait for them until knock off time. I tried to write on the app telling them that I never received my food and they don't want to refund me. Please help
