UberEats delivery

I ordered at Game Kemptonpark and the driver said he didn't find anyone,the picture that he sent to Uber its not my place.The driver didn't return the order to Game,he stole my oder and Uberats doesn't want to refund me or tell the driver to return the order in store.I have been communicating with Uber eats but they refuse to tell the driver to return the order to the Store.This is day light *******,why is my products not in-store if he didn't reach me?
