UberEats delays

The first time I ordered from KFC and the driver stood on the corner of the road and said he was waiting all the time. Second time I ordered I waited 1 hour and checked where my order was and the time increased more saying "delay". This irritated me and canceled my order. Why not use a GPS to locate the customer? Never will I ever use UberEats.
