UberEats

Last night 28 October 2024 I received the worst service ever from Burger King Park station and Uber Eats. I ordered a burger King meal around 20h02pm via Uber Eats, the UberEats driver Valentin Bidilukinu delivered a wrong order. I asked the Ubereats driver Valentin where is my order, he just looks at me with a stupid grin on his face and he tells that it's not his problem. I ended up calling Burger King Park Station and they tell me that their not responsible for the mix up because they gave the Ubereats driver my order which was not delivered, the lady on the phone tells me to call Ubereats. I then follow up with Ubereats from last night and this morning 29 October 2024, only to be told by Ubereats Support that unfortunately they can't refund me. For the second time I go through this situation with Ubereats.
