UberEats Daylight ******* to customers

I am rating Uber Eats zero. I ordered food to the value of R485 at Crawdaddys Silverlakes through UberEats the food delivery was delayed by more than 30 minutes. As I cancelled since my visitors were leaving Uber Eats charged my credit card claiming they were going to pay Crawdaddys and the delivery partner they had not contacted yet as they were still going to contact another delivery partner. I called Crawdaddys and they informed me that theywill not get payment from UberEats as the order was cancelled. They would use the order for someone else
