UberEats day light *******

I ordered a cake for mother's day at our local bakery today. I received a call saying the driver is trying to contact me. When I go outside there was no one. When I try to followup on the app I saw the status was set to "Completed" then I logged a complain that I didn't receive the order. In return I was sent a picture that my delivery was left outside. Judging bu the background on the pic I could see that it is not my address and besides how do u leave someone's belongings outside besides beeing received by some1, expecially in a township. I was soo disappointed. Dis is the second tym it happens to me. So ubberEats don't vally our hard earned money. What proof do we have that the driver didn't take the parcel for themselves?
