UberEats *******

I ordered food from The So Cafe(honeydew) on UberEats for a 17:30 delivery and I am still waiting. The funds have been charged to my card,I also got the feeling that the said Restaurant is not interested how this looks.Futhermore,the UberEats number is offline and there is no functionality to reverse the payment. This above has happed to my Wife in the past 6 months through UberEats and she has lost a total of ZAR600.this is most upsetting
