UberEats ****!

Had a delayed order of 1 hour 45mins from debonairs eyethu mall..had a chat with an agent (Vashnavi) and suggested I cancell the order and will get refunded immediately after the cancellation...few minutes later..I get a notification that I will receive my refund in 3-10 working days...how ridiculous?? So now I must wait to feed my child in 10 days?? @ubereats can I get my refund ASAP!!!
