UberEats

I ordered Fruit & Veg on the UbetEats app on 17 Feb 2026 and paid. The delivery guy apparently waited 7 minutes at my complex gate and couldn't reach me. He apparently also didn't know which unit number. Instead of asking the security guard to check for my name on the residence list, he took a photo of my parcel and marked it as "delivered" on the app. I never received my goods and get an automated response when I insist on a refund or delivery of the goods I paid for. They are a bunch of *******! Will never use them again.
