UberEats customer service is a joke!

I order Food from UberEats at least 3x a month and my experience haven't been great with them. But like every business, I will give it another try to see if it was a slip up once or twice. Today, I ordered from Burger King and the order came to R242.84 and once the courier/delivery driver collect the food, about 20 minutes later, on the app it showed as delivered. I then immediately contacted and logged a case with UberEats and they sent me a message stating that I need to confirm if the food arrived as sometimes, drivers can mark the delivery as delivered as a fault on their side. My undelivered order, on the app shows delivered at 14:01. It is 17:16 and still no contact from UberEats after logging multiple cases and trying to call them. This is unacceptable as this is not the first time this happened. It's either food that dont get delivered or charged amounts that is wrong on the UberEats app.
