UberEats customer service is ***********

I am so disappointed at the lack of support I am receiving from this company. I ordered pizza for my child on Saturday evening, it did not arrive. I tried to get assistance and could not. I ordered again for my child and the order again did not arrive. The very next morning, I reached out to Uber support and their response is they can't help because 48 hours has elapsed. It has not! It is now Monday afternoon and 48 hours has still not elapsed. I reached out to them again and they gave me the same nonsense reply. I am so disappointed. I want Uber to fix this😡
