UBEREATS customer care sucks

I have received the wrong meal a couple of times. I complained the first time and got my full refund. The second time I was told the refund would reflect in a couple of days which never happened. Last night I ordered and received the wrong meal again. I proceeded to call the store and they agreed that the driver should come back and collect the right meal. the driver proceeded to complete the delivery and indicated that I did not pay when in actual fact he never returned with the meal. I called the store and was told that he never returned with the order. When I contacted ubereats I was told that I was abusing the system and that my account would get deactivated. This is unacceptable conduct.
