Ubereats cruelty to vegetarians

I'm a vegetarian and ubereats did wrong by me , I ordered from a local restaurant from their vegetarian section( wholesome vegetarian meals) as title says so clearly you would think they would give me vegetarian burger, after ordering i looked at receipt and it said burger single didn't specify that it was vegetarian when i reached out to ubereats support they assured me that veg is correct but upon receiving order it turned out to be meat , i been a vegetarian all my life and i do not eat meat i was very clear with ubereats that if it's not veg than they should cancel the meal they discarded that and sent it anyway. They refunded but that didn't solve the problem they didn't bother to get the meal picked up and exchanged for the correct one as the error was on their side , they just brushed it off. I feel very violated by them what kind of service provider discards what their customer wants.
