UberEats converted to ********s

I placed my order with my address my number up to date. as i was tracking the driver on my App, when he was 2 minutes away, he just completed the order and my app reflected order complete. and by then i was standing by the gate all along waiting for the order which amounts to R174.74, no driver came by at all . i contacted uber eats immediately, to my surprise they told me there is nothing they can do., the driver was there they wont refund me.

i see that i am not the only one with this problem from ubereats. Ubereats is now operating under ****** who are ripping us our hard earned money.
