UberEats ********* Consumer Treatment!!!

I ordered at McDonalds at 19:06 on Tues 13.02.2024. The usual order plus delivery at worst usually takes around 25mins cos McD is about 2.5km away. Anyway my ETA was initially 19:30, and it kept changing at increments of 10mins until when ETA was 20:20 I threw my toys away cos the driver had not been confirmed, nor the order being completed at the merchant. My son whom I was ordering for sleeps at 20h00; so I cancelled the order on the app and asked for a refund or coupon; but UBEREATS is refusing with either. So it is alright to be kept in suspense with changing ETAs and no confirmations, until what time exactly??? The next thing you disabled my response field in the chat. Such an ********* consumer treatment!!! The nerve of refusing even a coupon is a bullying tactic which I am taking further to the Ombuds!
