--- Uber Eats denied food safety complaint - I fell ill after eating

On [24 August 2026] I ordered from [KFC, Protea Point Shopping Centre], Order #[9AB76]. The food was raw/undercooked inside and inedible. I felt ill after tasting it.

I reported it as a food safety concern in the app. Instead of investigating, I got a template response saying I have a "large number of refund requests" and they cannot respond to my request. I have attached screenshot as proof.

I have never been refunded for previous serious issues I reported. I do not request refunds on purpose, I report when food is unsafe. Being flagged for reporting dissatisfaction is unfair and discourages customers from reporting real issues.

I request: 1. Full refund for Order #[9AB76] 2. Investigation into [KFC, ProteaPoint] for food safety 3. Review of my account flag
