UberEats cheated me and my wife

I ordered pizzas for my wife and I from Osteria Rossa in Bedfordview through Ubereats. Osteria Rossa are awesome. The UberEats driver arrived in our complex, didn't ring our door bell, and then left without delivering our pizza! UberEats have yet to reverse the payment. I never have this ******* with Mr D.
