UberEats

I just ordered at Mugg & Bean Hillcrest Boulevard with UberEats so I left a note with the order to call a different number if he arrived at the location but he did not do that instruction he only left the food outside on the pavement then took a picture en left so when I got a message that he did that the food was gone so someone ****** the food but I asked UberEats about the situation all they can say is it's not there problem and it can't be refunded so I don't know what to do anymore
