UberEats causes illness and refuses to be of asssistance

Bought McDonalds from kenilworth for my mom and it cause her to become sick. She got an upset stomach and diarrhea and had to go tot the doctor today because of the food that was off. I sent through a complaint and was assisted by DRBhatti who was of no assistance at all and claims that refunds are made but not on a regularity. This leaves an for assumption of my character, when I have proof of doctors visits because of this. Every response started making no sense at all amd a mere response to me finding satisfaction. The one app that charges multiplie charges for services they cannot even properly provide. They claim to rode themselves in taking up the issue with the restaurant and obviously will get their fees refunded.
