UberEats Care-less

The complaint has two very important contentions. It's common cause in South Africa that websites must contain the proprietors detains, in this case a email address where the general publiek can communicate with the company regarding complaints that does not fall within the amid of there product delivery, thus will not force the complainant to register on there application. This does not exist on UberEats, thus a complaint is virtually impossible. If this is by design I cannot say; however UberEats fails disappointingly.

UberEats has a whole army of motorcycles that by all account, in Midrand Blue Hills seem to think that they are above the law, as they park on pavements, walkways and even driveway entrances or exits. And there where they stop, its havoc: ******* is drop at the spot, motorcycles are serviced (the oil of which has soiled our entrance/ exit, even the Estates grass have died to there motorbikes parking on the grass. If one attempts to talk to them about there ways, you only get sworn at or blatantly accosted- or they cannot even speak a word of English.

I have posted the registration numbers to UberEats and have photos of these independent, and yet UberEats have done nothing about this.

I now beg the question, if these drivers have legitimate motorcycle licenses, then it would be obvious that what they are doing are contraventions of the National Road Act, City by-laws and trespassing.

Its a sad state of affairs that a company like UberEats fail in so many ways.
