UberEats, card charged more than once no Refund received.

I had placed an order with Uber eats, after selecting card as a payment method, My card was debited more than once for a single order. I Logged query and no one getting back to me, worse there is no way to reach a live agent on a call or phone call to look at this for you and provide you update. Til now am still waiting, wondering if will i ever get my money back or i just been ******.
