UberEats card *****

Please note I am not happy with the uber eats app someone has been ordering food from the app using my card details and I don't have the app, I haven't used the app over 2 years ago due to food not being delivered that I ordered an not refunded now I'm frustrated because there is ***** happening on my card my account is even in a negative due to the purchases happening its over two weeks, I am not happy with what is happening.
