UberEats can’t handle complaints!!!

I keep getting charged for an unpaid order even though the order was paid, everyday I get a debit of R8 going off on my account and now the amount is almost R200 from all the R8’s. I logged a call and never got a way forward, all I’m getting is that they got my query. They didn’t even bother calling to understand my frustrations.
