Ubereats - can't accept feedback

I'm a frequent user of ubereats. I recently ordered and was not impressed with my order so I used the facility to not complain but to provide feedback as I'm a paying customer. I received a very stern reply stating that if I want a refund I must be more specific and provide photos. I as a paying customer have used my right to provide feedback as this is used to review and also improve the level of service to customers. Not impressed and won't encourage anyone to use this App
