UberEats cancels order, but no refund

Just placed an order with ubereats for a wimpy breakfast, a minute later my order is cancelled, money out of my account , but no refund, the telephone agent claims there were no drivers in my area and told my money is held by my bank..any truth to this? and how do I get my refund
