UberEats cancelled

I ordered a meal @20 pm estimated arrival time was 20:40 and continued to wait until 22:00 hoping my supper would arrive ,I tried to text the driver and they was no response and initiated a call to no avail. Until now @22:30 I get notified my order was canceled with no alternatives this is pathetic.
