UberEats

I would like to express my frustration about UberEats. The service offered to me by one of the drivers by the name of Mitchel was terrible and what frustrates me most is that I can't contact Uber for complains. They charged me for a drink which I never received. I tried calling *** but the number is no longer operational. The only help you get is automated response which makes it extremely difficult for me to explain my issue. My wish is to receive a call from UberEats so they can understand my frustration. Terrible service I've never thought I would receive from Uber.
