UberEats / Burger King Craighall

Absolutely shocking horrible service. Will never use this service again!!!! Order 3 vegan burgers on Friday at 18h00. UberEats driver messaged on the app at 18:45 to state he is not being assisted at Burger King Craighall. Tried calling the store, no answer. Order was cancelled at 19:30. No delivery, no food received but I was charged a whopping R333 for food never received and delivered!!!!! No apology no refund nothing for this pathetic service. No customer care whatsoever. Horrible, costly experience. Will never use this service again rather stick to the competitor that offers immediate human assistance rather than automated responses.
