UBEREats behaving like Bots instead of humans
After the lockdown rules were relaxed to allow for food orders, my wife decided to try the app. The first meal she order was for Ribs. The first store refused the order and so she was refunded. she then order form another store and go burgers instead. proof was provided. She was then refunded and given credit. On her second order the credit was not app****. She complained and had that resolved. Our recent order from Chicken Licken Banburry Crossing had 4 wings missing. Uber eats reviewed and decided not to take action because they state that "issues do arise, but not often at this regularity". This indicates that no application of thinking through what the previous issues were and not trying to solve the problem. What stops them from arranging fo the 4 wings? why must there bae a full refund. Why was the order not sealed?
