UberEats- Bad Service

This service is only efficient when you do not encounter problems with your order. I had ordered food which I payed for but I never received. The driver came into the estate, when I sent him directions to my apartment he drove out the estate. When I logged a complaint with the support team, they advised that they are not in the position to refund me and these things happen.... which is ******* service!
