UberEats bad service and a Reap off

I ordered my lunch through UberEats which was McDonalds and when the food was delivered the drink had spilled on the chips and burger. The guy that delivered the food was off no assistance as he said there is nothing he can do. For what it's worth UberEats does not allow for cash payments, the food was already paid for which I couldn't eat, I had to go buy food and the inconvenience is I had to borrow money from my colleagues as I didn't have my card with me.
