Ubereats Bad client support!!!

This is the 2nd Issue I have had with Ubereats in the span of 4 Days. This morning I wanted to order pizza. followed the regular steps to place an order and added a tip for the driver. As soon as the money went off of my account I got a pop up that said that the order could not be placed. I did not receive my money back and have spoken to 6 different people. I tried the help center on the app. No reply. Tried the whatsapp line. No help. Phoned multiple lines but no one can assist me and I keep getting transferred to the wrong person. UBER SORT THIS OUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
