UberEats Ate Us

I am honestly giving one start because there is no option to give zero. We ordered 20 pizzas at work from Romans Pizza through Uber Eats for a function on the 30September 2024. We never received that order. Apparently the driver called twice according to UberEats , and there was the order disappearing. We called Romans Pizza to ask if the order was returned to them, they said they know nothing about. Uber Eats doesn’t want to do refund nor do they wanna take accountability. This was a huge order that we entrusted them to handle with care, but my narrative has completely changed. I will never again use Romans Pizza nor use Uber Eats, what you wasn’t right guys … please stop and do better.
