UberEats at your own Risk

This never happened before and ive been usung this app. I ordered food, and the Driver never delivered. While waiting for my food outsite chatting to my neighbour. I got a Notification informing me that the Food Was Delivered. we called the delivery guy via uber app. and HE (EDDY) did not pick up. I then Reported it on support page and I got an email informing me that they cant refund me. I was not looking for a refund only food.
