Ubereats are worse than *******!

You guys are worse than *******! I did an order on the 29th of November 2024, the money went off my account. The store canceled my order and I was told a refund was done, it's now the 3rd of January 2025 and I have yet to receive my refund!!! You are blaming my bank, yet they have said no refund has been made by you on that transaction!!! Someone better refund me today!!!
