UberEats are useless and drivers are *******

Worst experience with Uber Eats. The delivery guy stole the order. Tried calling the driver he refused to answer his phone. He put the parcel on the ground at the gate of the delivery address, took a picture & sent it to me. He didn't realize that there was a camera on the premise so he called another delivery guy and acted as if there parcel was left at the gate and the other delivery guy took the parcel and drove off. Do not trust UberEats, the driver profiles are even incorrect. 90% of the drivers are foreigners and ***** people's hard earned monies. I called UberEats and they so not help in any way. No refund, all they say sorry for the experience.
